Could be anything: 1st check a preg test if, + it could be an ectopic or a corpus luteum cyst of preg, if neg it could be a cyst, fibroid, endometriosis, adhesions, an infection, bowel or urinary tract problems, you need to see your gyn for blood work , an exam and an ultrasound to start out with.
