Poked in the eye playing basketball. should i call parents of kid who did it?

No but seek care: Sounds like an accidental injury so i don't know why you would call the parents? More importantly, the eye that was poked could have been injured and should be checked out by an ophthalmologist. There may be an internal eye injury or a scratched cornea.
