Diabetes is : When you copare these two medical conditions which often co exist and have to be treated and controlled all your life diabetes is worse with more chances of complications macrovascular and microvascular and needs strict nutritional support, weight control, one or more meds with/without insulin. Hypertension also needs good control and can cause complications in several areas like heart, kidneys etc.
