You need to see Doct: Your WBC and Neutrophil counts are definitely abnormal and need to be further investigated as to the cause. If these counts have been low for 3 months or longer(check?), then you will be best served by a medical consultation with a blood specialist , called: Hematologist). A bone marrow test may be needed/prove sueful.
