Guilty: From eating the fast food is a normal response if you are trying to make a real lifestyle change. I often allow my patients on the weight management program to cheat on one meal a week to keep them from getting too frustrated. Something like that can keep them on the overall plan and continue their progress to their goal weight. Keep trying!
