How long before i can walk normally following a tendon repair in the foot?

Depends: On the tendon and type of repair. Probably looking at at least several months. Physical therapy at the appropriate point of healing process will help.

Its regarding my feet, the area where the heal slopes into the rest of mt foot feels bruised and it feels like the tendon pulls tight if I don't walk for a while. Getting up in the morning is incredibly uncomfortable.
