PERONEALS: I'm guessing by 'exterior' you mean lateral. First thought is subluxing peroneal tendons.

Its regarding my feet, the area where the heal slopes into the rest of mt foot feels bruised and it feels like the tendon pulls tight if I don't walk for a while. Getting up in the morning is incredibly uncomfortable.
