Ask your doctor: This is a medication that selectively inhibits enzymatic conversion from androgen to estrogen and is used to treat breast cancer or to induce ovulation. I'm not sure what you are using it for but your doctor would be the best one to explain to you why he/she wants you to wait 1 month before starting it.
