Is it okay to take fish oil with femara (letrozole)?

Yes: The role of fish oil in overall health remains under study, and I am unaware of any contraindication to using it in relation to Femara (letrozole) or with breast cancer in general. However, I am aware of no data that shows benefit for fish oil in patients with breast cancer.

Yes: Fish oil does not have any significant or concerning interactions with aromatase inhibitors such as femara (letrozole).

Yes: There should be no reason you cannot take both fish oil and femara (letrozole). Sounds like you are doing all you can to take card of yourself.
