No: The only cure for cancer of the pancreas is surgery followed by adjuvant therapy of chemo or chemo and radiation.

No: Unfortunately not. Even with surgery for early stage disease the cure rate is still great. New therapies have improved survival but nothing homeopathic. Hope this helps.
