Doesnt exist: After failing chemo which all pancreatic malignancies do, a newer approach is using monoclonal antibodies targeting an immunogenic protein, a post translational modification of MUC5ac, to bring the tumor under control. With the proper dosage, added chemo and later the radiolabelled Alpha emitter given sequentially, better results are anticipated.
