Yes: Atomixetine is still useful in adhd patients even though it is a second or third line medication. The rare problems with liver limit it's widespread use, but it can be the only medication that helps someone. If you're taking it be sure to have your doctor check your blood liver tests.

Yes: Occassionally it helps, but in general stimulants work better are safer and with a longer track record.There are patients that do benefit from it.
