OK : That's strattera's generic name. It's a second line medication used in adhd people who cannot tolerate stimulants such as Concerta or adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or who have a history of drug abuse or depression. It's major side effects are liver damage, sedation, GI upset and sexual dysfunction. It must be given for many months to assess effectiveness.

Strattera (atomoxetine): Agree with dr. Enriquez. I would try it for 4-6 weeks when maximum recommended daily dose according to pamphlet dozing schedule is reached.
