If a person takes atomoxetine, and they don't have adhd, what side effects could they have?

Strattera (atomoxetine): At low dose and only one dose, usually nothing. High dose can cause nausea & headache. The question is; if you don't have add, why take strattera (atomoxetine)?

Same ones: Whether someone has adhd or not will not affect side effects from atomoxetine, which typcally are daytime tirdedness, nausea, and sometimes vomiting. The bigger question is why they are taking it and what benefits they hope to gain. It isn't a great antidepressant but may help some with anxiety. For all meds, weigh possible benefits against side effects. Not sure what benefits are here.

Why? : Atomoxetine doesn't lead to a high, so it's use is just related to treating add. Most common side effects are nausea, headache, stomach aches, erectile dysfunction, suicidally, and liver dysfunction. Have your doctor check for these complications. If, you're taking it without a doctors prescription, stop, immediately.
