Yes: It is standard practice to test both rubella and HIV antibodies early in pregnancy. Typically one also gets an antigen test for hepatitis b, and a test for syphilis (sometimes an antibody test, and other times a different test is used). Additional tests such as a complete blood count, blood type, rh typing, urine analysis are standard as well. See your ob; they'll do the right tests.
