I was deferred from donating plasma for having anti-d antibodies. i donated blood at the red cross and was deferred for having antya antibodies. i've never had a transfusion or problems with pregnancy. what's going on?

If you had pregnancy, that would explain the antibodies. You do not need to have problem with pregnancy to get sensitized to the fetal red cells that normally leak into the mother's blood.
