Cystadenomas : Ovarian cystadenomas are usually very large cystic tumors arising from the ovaries. As a result of their size and origin, they can cause direct compression on the nearby ureter. The compression leads to dilation of the ureter and is called hydroureter / hydronephrosis. www.peedoc.com @drhtay.
