A member asked:

Is an ovarian cystadenoma a type of cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cystadenoma: A cystadenoma is benign epithelial lesion of the ovary. If the histology is more complex it could be classified as a borderline tumor of undertermined malignant potential. The malignant version is as a cystadenocarcinoma. Saw one today in my practice. You have nothing to worry about.
