Yes: An aneurysm can cause a change in personality if it leaks or puts pressure on nearby brain tissue in the frontal lobes. It should be treated since it could rupture any time and be fatal. Recovery from a leaking aneurysm usually causes some change in the person but many times this gets better over a few years.
