Headache: Sudden severe onset ,associated with light sensitivity , neck stiffness,, focal neurologic deficit's ,fever, nausea/vomiting ,new onset etc should all be grounds for evaluation .Typically when brain death is encountered one is unaware of it's occurrence. Intracranial aneurysm can be manifest as headache not vice versa.
