Variable causes: At your age you could be in a period of transition with your hormonal levels. This can cause cycles where irregular ovulation or suboptimal ovulation occurs .What needs to be done is to evaluate whether if you're bleeding from any other abnormal reasons such as a fibroid or a polyp or a potential uterine lining abnormality.
