Migraine induced vas: Migraine headache are induced by vasoconstriction. This body wide vasoconstriction would affect vessels in the uterus to cause a decreased blood supply to the endometrium. As the sloughing occurred from the vasoconstricting arterioles causing cellular breakdown, and bleeding occurred as soon as vasoconstricting causing the headache relaxes.
