TOO MANY: 5 Aleve (naproxen) at the same time? That is too much. The package says take 1 pill up to 2 times a day. Never take more than the label says unless your doctor says it is ok. 5 alave can make you feel nausea. This is why they print how many to take safely on the labels.

See below : Taking 5 at once is more than you should and doesn’t provide added benefit. While the dose you took is a little high (assuming you have 220-mg tablets), serious complication after one dose in someone who’s healthy may be low. Nausea is a common symptom of the medication. Things to watch for and report back: vomiting more than once; blood in the vomit; black, tarry stool; severe abdominal pain.
