Circulation problem: This sounds like a circulation problem to your feet that causes the swelling and therby the dark spots. This will also lead to the dizziness and headaches. You would be best to see your physician right away for a definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Dizziness and : Bad headaches is enough to warrant an exam by an internist. The discoloration on the feet is likely secondary to the swollen feet which can be looked at when evaluated for the first set of problems.
