If sudden start, yes: If these symptoms have started suddenly, & u never had them b4, then yes you should go to an urgent care or emergency room. It sounds like you could have a low blood pressure or some problem with circulation to the head (& eyes). It could be dangerous. Of course, I could be wrong. But safest to get checked out.
