Talk to your doctor: The fact you know this means you have had an imaging study. Discuss this with your doctor to see what you options are. You are having whole body symptoms so this is not something to ignore. You probably need a visit with a neurosurgeon as well.

Pineal : If you have a known lesion in head and headache and blurry vision. You should be evaluated by a provider. Primary provider, neurologist or neurosurgeon.
