Get moving: At 20, it is unusual to have problems commonly associated with blurred vision such as cataracts. It might be something simple like the need for corrective lenses/glasses. However, i personally would have my 20 year old start walking in the direction of an ophthalmology office for an eye exam.

No: Eyes don't need exercise to see better. You need to see an eye md to have your eyes examined. All you may need is glasses. Rare exception are prescribed exercises for individuals affected with convergency insufficiency.
