More details please: Knee surgery may mean either an arthroscopic procedure or knee replacement. After four months an arthroscopic procedure should have been well healed and recovered. For most individuals total knee replacement complete recovery takes 12-18 months some as short as 6 months depending on the amount of surgery. Either way see your surgeon.
