Family practice : Probably not , some swelling not unusual after surgery but let your dr know what's going on.

Early: Swelling after surgery can last a long time, depending on age, weight, gender, etc. So far it sounds like normal post-operative course, but if you're concerned, then yes you should contact your orthopedic sports surgeon.
