What is the likelihood of uterine cancer in a 36 year old woman with premature ovarian failure?

Unlikely: Unless you have abnormal bleeding or an abnormal endometrium on a pelvic ultrasound, the risk is low. You have no higher risk because of premature ovarian failure and actually it is probably lower than average. It is also low in women under the age of 40.

Highly unlikely: Endometrial cancer is most often linked to high estrogen levels, whereas premature ovarian failure is characterized by low estrogen.
