Numerous.: There are many kinds of cancer, and each can behave uniquely. Some are indolent, while others aggressive; some affect blood, while others the organs. Common global symptoms include fatigue & weight loss. Further effects depends on the organ of origin, where growth of the cancer can degrade function or block blood flow. Some cancers may then spread, affecting the organs they metastasize to.

Depends: It really depends on where the cancer is growing, and what kind of cancer it is. Some of the typical effects include weight loss, pain, nausea, vomiting, unusual bleeding, difficulty breathing, a cough that won't go away, fatigue, or unusual lumps.
