Eat healthier...: A healthy, well blanced diet of cooked meat/fish, leafy veggies, daries, carbs, and prenatal vitamins are better than any supplement during pregnancy. None of the protein drinks are "recommended"--they can be used if needed. Remember, these are processed foods and contain preservatives. So keep active, eat well, see you OB regularly.
