Soy protein: Despite all the internet claims, is just protein which will be broken down in your GI system and metabolized for calories -- just like anything else you eat or drink. If you eat more calories than you burn off, you will gain weight, but you con't tell your body where to deposit the fat -- so the curves may not end up where you want them to be.
