Remove entire cyst: If this is what i think it is (an epithelial inclusion cyst, ) the entire cyst needs to be removed, including the walls--they shed the debris that fills the cyst, and have to be removed to prevent recurrence. Removal can probably be performed with local anesthesia in a plastic surgeon's office and the wound closed with a few sutures. Good luck.
