Costs vary: Depends on how many and how many eyelids are involved. They have to each individually " dug" out under a local but costs vary so you would need to see someone in person. See your eye care professional and he/she might do the procedure himself or refer you to an oculoplastic surgeon. It is not painful when done under local except for a slight sting of the local.
