Everyone has, but...: Everyone has a risk of a heart attack. The real question is "how much risk?" that takes into account a person's other factors, such as his HDL (good cholesterol), how long his tg and/or LDL have been a bit high, his family history of heart disease, whether or not he is overweight, if he exercises, his family history of diabetes, whether or not he himself has diabetes or pre-diabetes, etc...

Yes: Triglycerides and LDL are both factors in risk for heart attack. Lowering these with diet and medication and exercise are good ideas. It is important to remember heart attacks can occur with normal triglyceride and cholesterol levels.
