Rare but assess risk: Your lipid levels are not favorable, and the tobacco use is really a must stop! need family history, and carotid sono to see if you are a plaque depositor +/- ct angio scan. The scan will show the arterial walls. Trade off is radiation = 6 chest x rays. These two tests will determine whether you have already laid down plaque. With that or family history of early cad, you should be on statin.

Dr. Jeff Livingston
Obstetrics and Gynecology 22 years experience
No: There is a slight increase risk of preterm labor in pregnancies conceived by ivf. Part of this is because of the risk of multiple gestations like twins and triplets. Recent studies show that even single pregnancies conceived by ivf have a slight increase risk of preterm labor. It is important to be followed closely by your doctor or cnm.

Maybe: Anxiety can be treated with medications for daily feelings with paxil, buspar, (buspirone) or if needed with like xanax if only occasionally. Natural remedies are vitamin d, holy basil, calm's forte, hypnosis, acupuncture, and getting your thyroid and adrenal hormones checked since they are also linked to anxiety.
