Bad luck?: Anyone can have a heart attack. All it takes is a heart, right? That and bad luck. The greater your number of risk factors, the greater your chances of a heart attack. And vice versa. You can lower your risk by eating right & exercising. You can't control your age, gender & family history. Oh and don't smoke. But can you have a heart attack despite doing all the right things? Yes, that's bad luck.
