No: It is extremely unlikely for splenic enlargement to be related to gallbladder disease. In very rare events, such as long term bile duct obstruction from gallbladder disease, it could happen. Bile duct obstruction could cause liver damage which could cause portal hypertension which would cause splenic enlargement. Once again, this would be extremely rare.
