I have no gallbladder or spleen. is it safe for me to indulge in beer/liquor?

Depends: Having no gallbladder or spleen should not affect one's ability to tolerate alcohol, provided the problems affecting the gallbladder or spleen did not affect the liver or pancreas,&provided there are no other reasons to avoid alcohol. In all cases, moderation is recommended. One recommendation:max of 2 drinks/day for men, 1/day for women. 1 drink = 12oz beer or 5oz wine or 1.5oz 80proof liquor
