Why would a teacher need to talk to my child about sex?

Society's benefit: If you're smart enough to have discovered healthtap, chances are you've already able to handle sex education in your home -- and it's critical you do so. Teachers must fill in for parents who won't, can't, or aren't clever enough. Politics may also force the teacher to say things that may seem untrue to you; you children probably respect you much more. Good luck, and be wise.
