Either of these: and another strong possibility is your blood pressure may be going up. Does it happen at all when you are on vacation? On weekends? What about if you yell at games for example, or are very stressed out in other situations? Can you have your blood pressure checked (perhaps by school nurse) when you are having it? You can find various ways to control stress by controlling breathing online.

? hyperventilation: Lightheaded /dizzy while speaking loud for long period can be from different causes, and weather you have any medical conditions or on any medications, other factors are weather you mean the room spinning around, and of course the degree of anxiety or feeling of faintness’ or loss of balance. Due to the diverse causes medical review is recommended

Combination: Sounds like a combination of stress and working yourself up. Try to stay calm and take relaxation lessons. Try to take deep breathes slow and steady. See how you feel then
