No: Mammograms are not indicated as a screening test for men due to the low incidence of breast cancer (~1:1000). Men at high risk for breast cancer may have mammograms, however.

No, the: incidence of breast cancer in men is too low to warrant a general screening program. Individual men with high risk profiles, however, might be candidates for screening.
