Man-boobs!: Large breasts in males are associated usually with obesity, and the conversion of testosterone to 17-b-estradiol by an enzyme in fat called cyclic aromatase. Elevated Estradiol levels are found in men with breast cancer 95% of the time. Over 80% are estrogen receptor positive!
