Thtats a good idea: It is a good idea but you do not have to do it daily, if your weight is stable, but if you are trying to loose weight than you can weigh weekly, to see the effect of your weight loss programme same if you are trying to gain weight.

Not necessry: Ok, not necessary, but lets admit it, we all do it. It is natural that we all want to weigh ourselves at what we perceive as our lowest natural weight- morning, naked is the perfect time to do it!
