How can i control post wisdom tooth removal pain?

Meds/ice: Take meds regularly, use ice to reduce swelling, keep area clean but stay away for the first couple days. Don't lie totally flat. Follow the directions of your provider and don't hesitate to ask questions. Good luck.

Depends: Is the pain at the site, or your lower jaw joint? Is the surgical area clear of debris? Is the surgical site a dry socket (not covered by a scab)? Are u just sore? Have the dr take a look.

Follow Instructions: Typically, the surgeon will give you post-operative instructions based on your particular case. The best way to control pain is to follow those instructions carefully.
