Talk with a friend.: Talking with good friends may just do the job . Tell something funny and laugh all over the place. On serious side, choose to be more interactive and go more friendly places such as a good movie. Reach for a laugh and hold it until you can't stop. You can do it. Find your friend to help.

See your doc today..: There are many effective treatments available for depression and i would encourage you to consult your doc as soon as feasible. I think that by knowing/recognizing that you are having a problem is a huge step toward improvement! it is not easy to get motivated when you are down. I would start by talking to your family members, friends, call your doc for eval/treat asap. Don't delay. Good luck.
