No: No the eustschian tube which runs from the ear is near the tmj, sometimes if this becomes clogged or stuffy from a cold you can get some jaw discomfort.

Probably not: Need to have a history. Have you have minor jaw pain before, without a cold? Are things different this time with a cold- eating different, sleeping differently (positions, ) snoring or having problems breathing at night. See someone while answer these questions and more.

Depends: Upper jaw and upper tooth pain could be explained by an infection of the maxillary (upper jaw) sinus. If you have a sore throat, could be some referred pain from throat of tongue to jaw. Would not get TMJ pain with cold. If pain persists after cold resolves, see oral surgeon

Pain is never normal. If caused by your cold it will rapidly clear was your cold gets better. If not, see your Dentisst.
