Exchage it: Breast implants are not life time prosthesis, they eventually will leak and need to be replaced. They can also be damaged by a sever trauma to the breast. The exchange of the implant is almost painles.

Exchange it: Breast implants are not designed to last forever although recent advancements have made them not only safer but also more durable. If something does happen to your implant, it is relatively straightforward to simply exchange out that damaged implant with a new one. Some patients will opt to change out both if the implants have been in for an extended time but that is not always necessary.

Depends on problem: If your implant is damaged and you are ill, then i would recommend explantation and mastopexy. Implants should be changed out every 10 years or if they are leaking or ruptured. Silicone filled lymph nodes should be removed as well. See www.Thenakedtruthaboutbreastimplants.Com.
