Pain: The main question is what is the breast implant ?silicone , etc... Also how old is the implant? Sound like it may have been a scar tissue related pain.

Structural exam: The pain may be related to a capsular contracture around the prosthesis. An exam for rib alignment and muscle contracture may be the cause of the pain. I would consider applying heat to your upper back.
